What You Need to Know:
Class Requirements:
Participants must complete two Level 1 classes before advancing to Level 2. Per insurance requirements our weight limit for level 1 is 260 lbs. For level 2 and beyond the weight limit is 225. We are very sorry if we are excluding you as we want to service our entire community. Please check out some of our other amazing classes we offer as there are no weight restrictions.
Attire:
Wear lace-up sneakers with good grip and comfortable workout clothing. Crop tops should not be worn as the harness could rub.
